Timothy N. May, MBA, is the Founder & CEO of MAYI Solutions, bringing more than two decades of global experience in technology delivery, enterprise consulting, and operational architecture. His career spans healthcare, insurance, and professional services, where he has earned a reputation as a transformative leader who mobilizes teams, strengthens operations, and delivers measurable, sustainable impact.
Timothy’s leadership journey includes pivotal roles at McKesson, Marsh & McLennan, the University of Chicago Medicine, and Deloitte. At Deloitte, he led global programs shaping cyber policy, operational transformation, and talent development, advancing initiatives that increased intern program participation by 150% and strengthened intern-focused programming across the firm. Earlier, at the University of Chicago Medicine, he partnered with the CIO, physicians, and civic leaders to secure a $2M Illinois Gigabit Challenge grant, expanding broadband access on Chicago’s South Side and reinforcing his long-standing commitment to technology access.
A graduate of the AI and Data Science for Leaders program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Timothy brings deep expertise in responsible AI adoption, enterprise modernization, and organizational readiness.
