At the University of Chicago Medicine, Timothy served as Technology Manager for the Urban Health Initiative, collaborating with the University CIO, physicians, and community leaders to secure a $2 million Illinois Gigabit Challenge grant, bringing broadband access to an underserved community on the Southside of Chicago. At Deloitte, he led global programs, influencing the cyber policy framework rollout, increasing intern program participation by 150% and advancing gender equity programming as partnership pilar lead.
